Provide OctantCanvas? #4

Unicode 16 has octants. These are similar to the quadrants used in BlockCanvas, but they use an 4x2 grid, same as the Braille characters. See e.g. https://github.com/JuliaPlots/UnicodePlots.jl/blob/main/UnicodePlots/src/canvas/octantcanvas.jl for an example.

I might! I have implemented similar features before. I'm not promising a particular time scale, though.

@eschnett No worries about the timeframe, it's not a feature I directly need given the other options available but we can keep it on the list for now.
